Crumbfolio is made by a small team in Stafford, England. When you email us, a person reads it and a person replies.

For anything at all — a bug, a recipe site that will not import properly, a feature you wish existed, or a question about your account — email [email protected].

We aim to reply within two working days. If you are reporting a bug, it helps enormously if you can tell us:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version
  • The recipe or website involved, if it is an import problem
  • A screenshot, if you have one

A recipe would not import

Some sites are built in ways that make them hard to read automatically. Send us the link and we will look at it — most of the time we can fix the site for everybody, not just for you. In the meantime you can always paste the ingredients and method in by hand and Crumbfolio will tidy them up.

Requesting a feature

Tell us what you are trying to cook and what got in the way. Feature requests that describe a real kitchen problem are far more useful to us than ones that describe a button.
